<p>
<div>
<pre>xdg-open always adds a trailing slash to the url that is opened.
Example desktop entry:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=lycheejsURL
Exec=/opt/lycheejs/bin/helper.sh %u
Type=Application
NoDisplay=true
Categories=Development;System;
MimeType=x-scheme-handler/lycheejs;
Example shell script:
#!/bin/bash
echo "$1";
... will lead to this behaviour:
$ xdg-open lycheejs://boot=development
"lycheejs://boot=development/"
This is a bug that is occuring on Ubuntu 15.04 with version 1.1.0~rc1-2ubuntu10
