[Portland] Re: Basic cross-desktop requirements for ISVs

Hi,

In case this was at all misinterpeted, I meant for everyone involved or 
interested in this project to go update the Wiki.

We need to see some concrete requirements popping up in 
PortlandIntegrationTasks.
