It's not at that stage since the fdo specs were not in the
lsb scope at the time this was prototyped, but those are
something that will be referenced by lsb-desktop and so
will be something that wants to get tested for lsb eventually
anyway.

what's been checked in is at

and isn't a whole lot, less (and older) than I remembered.
Mainly oriented to testing how bits of the spec for the 
package format are handled.  Looks like I was probably
remembering conversations about where we should go with it
more than the actual code.
