[Portland] [PATCH] Enable "xdg-mime query filetype" for KDE4

Hello,

if someone tries to query for the mimetype of a file in KDE4, then xdg-mime returns an empty string.

Primary reason is, that kfile has been replaced with kfile4. Problem with kfile4: At least with my KDE4 build, anything it does is to print error and warning messages.

But a much better utility for this case comes with KDE4, that I used. See my attached patch.
