This is actually only partly what's interesting, but should serve as a good 
starting point however.

I think first and foremost, we want to find out what our current market share 
is, and we want to know what the perceived strengths (~= our current selling 
points) to the user are. The current questions should deal with that, but 
surely need to be extended.

We also need to think how this research can be conducted, data collection, 
statistical analysis, that sort of stuff. It's quite an undertaking though.
