 when compiling with {{{--enable-howl}}} on MinGW, the following error
 occurs:

 ./polypcore/core-util.h:67: error: syntax error before "gid_t"
 ./polypcore/core-util.h:67: warning: function declaration isn't a
 prototype
 ./polypcore/core-util.h:68: error: syntax error before "uid"
 ./polypcore/core-util.h:68: warning: function declaration isn't a
 prototype
 }}}
 I believe this occurs because {{{config.h}}} is not {{{#include}}}d in
 {{{src/polyp/browser.c}}}.  A patch is forthcoming.
