Changing the volume of a stream to 0% doesn't seem to actually silence
that stream, regardless of whether it's from the xmms pulseaudio plugin,
or an RTP stream. As this is the software volume control, rather than the
device volume, I'm guessing that the volume function isn't being passed
 0.0.

Software versions are 0.9.5-5ubuntu4.1 on Ubunutu feisty.
