Comment:

 Those three ADCs are completely independant?

 Too me this smells a lot like they are supposed to be used as a single 6ch
 recording input which for the playback case in ALSA is covered via the
 'multi' plugin which then becomes surround51:. Which we support.

 The problemis that ALSA doesn't give us the slightest clue how subdevices
 actually relate to each other. We don't know if we can use optical and
 analog at the same time. We don't if we can use playback and recording at
 the same time. We don't even know from the name hinting logic if a device
 is playback-only or maybe record-only. We don't know if a device can be
 opened more than once for hw mixing, or if it can be opened more than once
 for different outputs. We don't know anything.

 I fear before PA can make use of this the ALSA device enumeration API must
 be beefed up considerably. Sorry.

 I am pretty sure your 3 dacs don't appear in aplay -L either, do they?
