 When using one of the new update-*-proplist commands with an invalid
 proplist specification, e.g.[[BR]]
 {{{update-sink-input-proplist 6 media.name="asd}}}[[BR]]
 there is an assert failure in pa_proplist_free.

 Attached is a proposed patch. The patch adds a check after
 pa_proplist_from_string.
