#661: not registering multiple usb snd cards

 I have 3 usb sound cards pa only show one in pa volumecontrol, they all
 register quite fine with aplay -l.  I can somewhat load them manually if i
 specify them as sinks.  But i don't think I should have to do that, do
 you?  I'm not sure this is a pa problem, if its not let me know where to
 looks, thanks
