Sure, you can say that is not a bug, but a BIG BIG BIG problem!
I've turn "output volume" very low, then run smplayer to play a "XXX movie", 
output volume get loud and clear ! shiiiiiit ! 

"output volume" isn't maximum volume, what the H...
 Some thing must change , man.
