Steps to reproduce:
0. Run "pulseaudio -vvvvv".
1. Open context menu of "gnome-sound-applet" in the Gnome panel, "Sound
Preferences".
2. Open the tab "Output".
3. Change a device for sound output several times.
4. "pulseaudio" crashes with the log given in an attachment.

The version of "pulseaudio" is the latest git version.
