I think this is expected behaviour...

Can you attach output of "pacmd ls"?

Normally I'd expect a "Headphones" port to be available for your Sink. With the
jack detection capabilities added in PA 2.0, this port will hopefully now be
activated automatically when a jack is plugged in. In older versions you have
to enable the port manually in pavucontrol or another mixer when you plug in a
jack.
