Currently the fd.o wiki search requires a wiki account. I don't know why, and I
don't know if there are some plans for fixing it.

One solution is to use Google. If you use
"site:http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/PulseAudio/" as one search term,
the search is limited to the PulseAudio wiki only.
