Pin Default 0x2121103f: [Jack] HP Out at Sep Rear
  Conn = 1/8, Color = Black
  DefAssociation  = 0x3, Sequence = 0xf, Misc = 0x0

any reason why no dock-headphone.conf when there is dock-mic.conf ?

is it just because headphone and dock headphone share the "Headphone Playback
Volume" control
