Output of loading skype with "PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30"

Arch Linux recently removed the use of PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30 when running
Skype. I now get no audio in Skype. This includes notification sounds like the
startup sound.

Running Pulseaudio 5.0 on 64bit Arch Linux also with a 32bit libpulse.

I have attached two logs of pulseaudio -vvvvv. One with PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30
and one without. The log without PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30 has many repeated lines
of "D: [alsa-sink-ALC887-VD Analog] memblock.c: Pool full", which looks
suspicious.

Just to be clear, the sound only works when PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30 is used. All
other programs' sound appears to work fine on my PC.
