Pulseaudio still fails when ~/.pulse is a symlink.

For some reason pa_make_secure_dir opens with O_NOFOLLOW if it is available. As
I do not know the reason I cannot say if simply removing the flag is
reasonable, but removing it makes pa work when ~/.pulse is a symlink to a
directory.
