Fix

Patch attached. It works for me with PulseAudio 5.0 which is the
current FreeBSD port version.

There's another interface available to query the same info: ioctl
SNDCTL_SYSINFO/SNDCTL_CARDINFO/SNDCTL_AUDIOINFO, but that would be a
much more complex patch.
