Thanks for the latencytop report. Unfortunately, it does not capture that
excessive-latency event. Could you please retry?

Start latencytop and your audio player. On the latencytop screen, select the
pulseaudio process instead of "Global". Wait while the screen goes to DPMS and
the audio starts to repeat. From that point, you have 30 seconds to make a
screenshot.

If that fails, there may also be useful information in /var/log/latencytop.log
