If I run journalctl --user I see this for first login of user B:

mar 05 15:31:41 gromit pulseaudio[31127]: ICE default IO error handler doing an

code=exited, status=1/FAILURE

state.

'exit-code'
...
mar 05 15:31:41 gromit systemd[31045]: pulseaudio.service: Service hold-off
time over, scheduling restart.
mar 05 15:31:41 gromit systemd[31045]: Stopped Sound Service.
mar 05 15:31:41 gromit systemd[31045]: Starting Sound Service...

I see the same thing for the second time when B logs in.
