        <pre>Before removing any functionality, this must be reproducible by a pulseaudio
developer, though. Otherwise there's no way to know when it's safe to add the
functionality back. I can't reproduce this with vlc version 2.0.3 and
pulseaudio's current development version. I'll try installing vlc 2.0.1 and
pulseaudio 2.0 later today.</pre>
