<pre>You have the "analog-output" port selected, which mutes the Speaker element.
Changing the port to "analog-output-speaker" should make the speaker output
work.
Changing the port can be done with pavucontrol, for example. Or on the command
line:
pactl set-sink-port alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo
