Report of pcm_avail-time-test.c with Kernel 3.12.25+ #29

Following the report of the program pcm_avail-time-test.c, run with Kernell
3.12.25 (where everything works fine).
I want to remind everyone that pulseaudio+shairport+myprogram work well with
kernel 3.12.25+ # 29, while from the kernel 3.12.28+ generates the issue of
high CPU usage by pulseuadio.</pre>
