<pre>The "paplay" example in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=86262#c5">comment#5</a> works with no underruns.
So lets assume for a second that this is a bug in the application (jitsi, the
VOIP client). Is there any way (env. variables or anything) to manipulate the
buffering parameters without recompiling the code. Or a way with "pacmd" to
manipulate the sink params while running?
Also, I'm really curious about min_avail=1 - what does this mean ?</pre>
