<pre>pa_pstream_send_memblock could, at least in theory, split packets in the middle
of a frame. The attached patch should fix that.
That said, even if this patch actually fixes the bug we might have a problem
with clients and servers if one is older than 6.0 and the other one is 6.0 or
newer.</pre>
