<pre>I've been doing some fresh testing with pulseaudio 5.99.2-15-g5effc8 and bluez
5.27, and I'm finding the exact same behaviour as in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=73325#c37">comment #37</a>.
Pavucontrol lets me switch to HSP but silently reverts to A2DP when I restart
(the switch doesn't actually happen).

Failure: Input/Output error
In journalctl, this stuff shows up:
