The user "Ford_Prefect" on IRC wrote me the following information which I
verified with Pulseaudio 6.0:
volume_limit/volume_step data-type: 16-bit unsigned integer (Range linear
1-65535, 65535 = 0 dB, 0 = -infinite dB)
Example: volume_limit=65535 volume_step=655: volume limit 0dB, 100 volume steps
I also suggest to allow "dB" as unit when loading the two modules.
