Use an avahi aware network, and use module-zeroconf-discover. Ultimately
you can just use paprefs to enable this support.

Using module-zeroconf-discover will use a consistent naming scheme for
the tunnel sink, so you should take note of this and add it into your
combine sink definition. The combine sink *should* accept random names
for sinks and automatically use them if/when they appear.
