So after adding David's jack detection patch, the port's available state change will trigger the event "PA_SUBSCRIPTION_EVENT_SOURCE|PA_SUBSCRIPTION_EVENT_CHANGE" and " PA_SUBSCRIPTION_EVENT_SINK|PA_SUBSCRIPTION_EVENT_CHANGE", right?
