[pulseaudio-discuss] ANNOUNCE: PulseAudio 1.99.1 (a.k.a 2.0 RC2)

Hi,

Carrying on with my trend of doing very little this cycle and letting
Arun, Tanu and David do all the hard work, here is the next thrilling
instalment of PA2.0!

Failing any massive issues that we need more testing coverage on, this
will likely be the last RC before release.
