Strange, I don't see any mail pending approval in the mailing list
administration system. Maybe mails over some limit (200 kB?) are
automatically dropped, while if they are just a bit over the basic limit
(100 kB), then the list moderators can let it through... I certainly
remember letting mails through that were initially blocked due to size.

It's bit of a problem that debug logs containing only the daemon
initialization are too large for the list... Maybe the alsa probing
logging should be reduced somehow.
