They have told me that they will most likely allow me to release once they announce the product (1-2 months before the release). I'll be sure to inform you when that happens.

Understandable. I've had similar problems in the past, but after explaining that they had to release the code when they shipped the product anyway, they let me release the code early.<br><br>Anyway, let me know when you've got the legal issues all cleared up.

I don't quite know when it will be, but we are committed to getting the changes upstream.
