Actually, I had updated one, but since you've already applied it -
please just remove "analog-surround-40" section from there, it
doesn't work properly with this card and basically can be replaced
with 5.0 that works fine for whatever reason.

There are also remaining issues with this card, for instance,
microphone works only with 2.0 speakers mode, 2.1 and others are not
compatible with it currently (when selecting mic speakers resets to
stereo).<br>
There was few threads with Raymond Yau, but we didn't figure out how
to fix it completely, please, take a look if you'll have some time.<br>

Thanks for the patch! I applied it to the "next" branch, since "master"
is in freeze. I think this would be ok to have in 7.0, though. If there
is no opposition from other maintainers, I'll soon apply this to
"master" as well.
I did some small edits: as Raymond said, the "analog-stereo" mapping
was missing "direction = output", and I also renamed "analog-stereo" to
"analog-stereo-output" to be symmetric with "analog-stereo-input". I
edited the commit message too, to make the first line shorter (the
first line should only contain a very compact description of the
patch).
