Minutes:

Egbert indicated that he thinks the release is finished. Thanked all 
participants.
Has created scripts to create tarballs and checked they work, to rebuild 
same tree as was archived.

Egbert sent out some changes on the press release.
Leon objects to mentioning OSI. It is too late to get a quote from in the 
press release.

Daniel suggested that Waldo would be a good person for KDE. Egbert will 
speak with him after the call.
Leon thought we should have a female quote. Egbert will also speak with Eva.

On OSI, Leon objects to the narrowness of the organization. Jim wants to 
have wide number of quotes. An endorsement is more appropriate, than a 
reference in the text.

Two press release issues wants to see addressed. X.Org Foundation is not 
X.Org. Should emphasize changing to keep up with industry moves. Create to 
meet the needs of the community. Keith indicated that there is little 
negative publicity. Just focus on positive moves.

Egbert's 2nd point related to getting the right text in place for the work 
done in X.Org and XFree86. Should note the heritage of the of the release 
includes X11R6.6

Jim agreed all the open bugs have been addressed. Just need to have the web 
site open and press release issued.

Egbert still moving information to the wiki. Hopes to finish tonight or 
tomorrow morning.
Keith noted that Egbert can just upload .txt files into the wiki.

Final vote on Press Release and Membership agreement tomorrow. Howard will 
revise Press Release again later today.
