Minutes:

Jim has been working on documents.

Egbert announced that he is finished with the version number fixes. Now 
configurable across the source. Place in the xorg.conf file to be able to 
set the version number.
Check logfile and xdpy files show the right version.

Should be possible to load or build XFree86 drivers, as the DDX still works 
with the XFree86 numbers.

The ABI version stays the same. Only change the name string to "xorg". This 
does not seem to matter.
Paul asked about the version check. Egbert says it only checks numbers, not 
the string.
Loader makes a good job of priniting out all the version numbers.

Egbert is loading the FAQ, and Paul will help Egbert in setting up the wiki.
Already information on linuxwiki.xfree86.org that Egbert set up before.
wiki needs a pointer to the bugzilla as well.

Jim suggested that there is a new page that Gnome are working on to improve 
bug reporting.
"bugzilla-test.gnome.org". Like a bug howto on entering data.

When software is put on ftp.x.org - should not require form to prevent 
download.

Bug Status:

369 - Egbert to implement the software changes, will assign to Jim for Document
370 - Will be assigned to Paul - will look to resolve.
297 - Egbert has been working on a security fix for this bug. Feels change 
needs to go through security process.
(Egbert has been added to the xorg_security list).
Discussion of the using PAM to check is correct. Egbert thought could use 
the bootscript. Jim things it needs to be fixed more often.
Egbert will remove the sleep statements. Still open.
353 - Group agreed that this patch should be applied to the RELEASE-1 tree 
before the release date.
Egbert will add comment to give Torrey Lyons permission to commit the 
Darwin Patch.
349 - Egbert will add comment to give Keith Packard permission to commit 
patch to the tree.
347 - Agreed to reassign bug to Keith and ask him for direction on what 
should be done.
363 - Egbert will assign to himself and apply it on the next patch.
303 - Remove from the list and should be added to the metabug for next 
release - reassign to 351.
263 - Can close this bug - people actively working on the documentation and 
the wiki. Keith still needs to complete.
