Starting release wranglers call for X11R6.9/X11R7 release

Now that X11R6.9/X11R7 RC1 has been released, we would like to begin
having regular release wrangler calls once per week to discuss critical
issues.  We will have the first meeting this Friday, 28 Oct 2005.
