[Roadster] map style XML file needs a makeover!

In preparation for the Preview Release, I would love it if someone would
give the map a makeover.

This can be done by editing an XML file-- NO programming required!

This basically means choosing nice line colors, line widths, text
colors, etc..  It could also including creating tiled graphics for the
polygons (land, water, parks, schools).

Is anyone interested?

Getting started is as easy as running Roadster, editing the layers.xml
file in the /data directory, and hitting F6 in Roadster to see your
changes immediately.
