[SCIM] I added a new option "ALWAYS_SHOW_LOOKUP" into generic table.

Hi,
Could you give me a clue when this will happen? I mean
if ALWAYS_SHOW_LOOKUP is false and there are
candidates in lookup table, why it should not be
displayed to the user? I just can not imagine such
situation
