[SCIM] scim-panel-kde on website

Hi,
  Accessing www.freedesktop.org is much faster than savannah.gnu.org 
from my computer :-)
  And we can login to freedesktop.org via ssh directly, it will be very 
handy when doing some maintaining work.
  Of course, if you have any suggestion, please tell me.
