Hi James Su: How can I know whether my xterm support Chinese input? I am use gnome-terminal,it works. "xterm" seem not work. Two question: 1)what is the different of LANG, LC_ALL and LC_CTYPE ? 2)which is better for Chinese support, KDE or Gnome? Thanks. weijh
