[SCIM] Language IM categorization

While selecting the language from scim-panel, we can see that Japanese
input engines (Hiragana, Katakana..) are grouped under Japanese.
Similarly the other IM engines are also grouped under respective
category. 

So, my question is that how do I put my new IM engine to appear under
its own language category? I have added a new language table but its
appearing under the Other language group? What am I missing over here?
