[SCIM] I can't update scim-hangul from svn repo

Hi,
I'm just thinking to move all repository to sourceforge.net, because
it's more popular. But the issue is that neither sf.net nor savannah
supports svn. So we can not use svn any longer, if we move to one of
them.
I have the dump of the whole scim svn repository. But it seems
broken, I can not extract the file out of it.
So it's highly likely that we can only rebuild a cvs repository with
our local working copy.
If you want to try to deal with the svn repository. I can send it to you.

btw, I'd prefer cvs rather than svn. cvs is more robust and simple
to recover, because it's based on pure file instead of database.

Regards
James Su
