I use a Gtk+-based version of ssh-askpass; when it loads and
initializes im-scim.so, it ends up printing a bunch of output about
loading IMEngine modules and factories.  In my opinion, most of this
output isn't particularly necessary, and it certainly shouldn't end up
going to stdout, which the main app should be allowed to own.  As it
is, ssh-askpass typically runs on the input side of a pipe, and the
other end gets confused by the additional output libscim generates.
