Hi,
  Of course I'd like to cooperate with you. But recently I'm busy 
developing the next SCIM version. As soon as I finished the first public 
beta release, I'll spend some time on developing the additional 
imengines, including smart pinyin (Simp. Chinese), anthy, hangul, etc.
