[SCIM] Suggestion: Variable multi_key support

Hi James,

I think "variable multi_key support" is useful for European users.
You can set your multi_key on scim-config.
If you set "\" as multi_key, "\ae" will show "æ".
If you set "]" as multi_key, "]ae" will show "æ".

examples:
\^u => û
\"a => ä
\\ => \
\7n => \7n

I wrote "euro.txt". It includes standard key compositions.
