Rough plan is to start the merge early in the 0.14 development cycle, so 
if all goes according to plan 0.14 will be the first qemu release with 
spice fully merged.  Meanwhile you can grab the qemu spice patches from 
the qemu repo @ freedesktop.org.

Fedora packages are available from kraxel.fedorapeople.org/spice

Most recent upstream spice doesn't need cairo any more.  pixman doesn't 
need patching, a recent (> 0.17.7 IIRC) upstream version will do.
