Eh no, sorry, no such script, I manually set the --in-reply-to message id
:) And I was not happy because I didn't get my mails to spice-devel soon
enough so that I can attach these patches to my own replies instead of to
the original patch.

Filtering the updated patch is not too hard using git patch-id. I'll leave
the rest as an exercise to the reader :-p
