Thank you for your prompt responses.
Audio is working fine in 64-bit Windows7 Guest after specifying "-soundhw hda" option instead of "-soundhw ac97" when launching Windows7 Guest thru Qemu v0.14.0.
I appreciate your help a lot.

From what I remember, AC97 sound card emulation and others don't work in Win7 x64. You need to use at least a qemu-0.14 with the Intel HDA card support enabled. virt-manager is also not aware of this sound card.
