Any version information? I reckon it's a windows guest, but what about the
versions of the various components you're seeing this with? This could be
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=722980 (though I'm not sure
it's publically accessible). The bug is about vdagent stopping to respond,
and was fixed in July.
