Hi Damien,

Seems like for some reason vdservice closed (handle of) the virtio 
serial device.

Can you please send the relevant qemu output. You should see something like:
spice_server_char_device_add_interface: CHAR_DEVICE vdagent
handle_dev_input: mouse mode 2
reds_main_handle_message: agent start
...
spice_server_char_device_remove_interface: remove CHAR_DEVICE vdagent
handle_dev_input: mouse mode 1

Anyway, I'll try to send you a debug version of vdservice tomorrow.
